But the phone's manual has to be found to see how to wipe information. I can't see a model number so you'll have to complete this search (if you wanted others to do this, you would have given full details.)
Also, you're right about the SIM so you have a choice to make. I find myself tossing the phone into a crusher or recycler after I wipe the phone's memory.

I am going to cancel my straight talk service. What information / apps/ services do I need to delete from my phone before it is safe to sell it? If I cancel my service, how will a prospective buyer be able to determine that the phone is operational? I don't want to sell it with an active sim card that is in my name. thanks -carl
