my computer is not running any title at any settings . games dont lag but have kinds of buffer or shocks evey 2 or 3 sec for half a sec. it odesnt even run spiderman web of shadows properly (200Cool
here are the specs
i7-2960xm
quadro 5010m
32gb ram
1 tb hard drive
250 gb ssd

but while even playing fortnite fps are above 60 at low setting but these shocks/buffers keep coming

Modern games may "play" but I don't expect them to play well. If you got the game running that's amazing.

-> Not to leave you without any ideas but can you change out the old HDDs to SSD?

Also, be sure no USB drives are plugged in.

forget about modern games, but even games like spider man web of shadows which came in 2008 doesnt run smoothly

Many games back then didn't run smoothly.

There were a lot of them that had issues and a decade later it may be all guessing why. I'm sure you have games that are OK but some not. This is typical on a machine like I see you sharing about.
