I'd start with trying this keyboard on another USB-port, and then another keyboard.
A good check is to use keyboard to press the magic key to enter the BIOS setup. If that works, and the keyboard works in the BIOS setup, it's a hardware issue. If works in the BIOS and not in Windows, it's a Windows issue.
I have a working keybod connected to my computer. However it doesn't work now, I cannot type nether on internet browsers (chrome, mozilla etc.) nor on Microsoft word. Besides, the items on the desktop are getting bigger or smaller while scrolling the mouse.
What could be the problem? Is this a computer issue, or a virus?
I am a writer and need to solve this problem as soon as poosible. Any opinion is appreciated. Many thanks
