I'd buy a desktop with a good video card and a good separate monitor, not an all-in-one.

You can do editing on just about any machine.

Unless you have a lot of patience I don't think either of those machines will fit.

I'll agree with Kees shop around for a desktop and a nice monitor.

At least you will have an upgrade path if things are not as speedy as you want.

With an AIO your kind of limited.

Almost any machine can edit video, even a chromebook. That would be painful and limiting but yes, there is a way.

My preferred setup is a desktop, good video card that the video editor leverages and as much CPU muscle and SSD I can afford.
