Question

Computer won't turn on

I have a dell Inspiron 15-3531 the lcd sreen broke a while a go and I got it fixed then about a week later I m on it like normal and it says that there is a problem and it needs to restart but it shuts off and won t come back on I ve tried the take the battery and stuff out and hold the power button then plug it back in thing several times but it dose nothing The light comes on in the front for a second and then goes off but the computer makes no sound please help

Where the laptop was repaired. It broke, may have come back a little but was it ever repaired?

Yes it's was completely repaired the first time they just had to replace the screen.i don't think it's a problem with the screen though because I tried to project it on my tv with a cord and nothing the computers fans don't even start up just the power light comes on for a second and then off again
