Question

Computer wont start, no signal.

Mar 3, 2018 3:40AM PST

Hello, I have a msi computer from the x-kom store, I updated the drivers today by the auslogics program, the program controlled the restart of the computer. After clicking the power button the word updating system appeared, I went to eat something and after returning the monitor showed no signal. I tried to connect to another monitor, through another cable, there is still no signal. I pulled out the bios batteries for 3 minutes, I put in, the problem is still there.
The windmills work, the graphics card is lit, but it does not show that the disks are in use, the diodes on the front of the computer were always flashing but mów they arent.
What to do, how to repair?

We don't recommend updating drivers generally, and certainly not from any other site than the maker.

But it's unlikely your issue is related to this update. It seems more like a hardware issue. See if you can boot from a bootable disk or USB stick (such as your Windows install disk or the recovery drive you made).
If it doesn't boot, or you can't get into the BIOS to change the boot device, have it repaired. It could be the power supply, the graphic card (if you PC has one) or everything on the motherboard. A tech can tell more.

If you don't get a bios screen it has nothing to do with drivers.
The bios does not use windows drivers.
