Question

Computer won't power up correctly.

While I was playing a game, my computer turned off, but I turned it back on and logged back in. The next day it did the same thing, so I took it apart and reseated every component. But now it powers up but my monitors say no signal, the mouse and keyboard don't work but I can still charge my phone with the same usb ports. So I took it completly apart and basically rebuilt my pc from scratch, I've replaced the CMOS battery on the motherboard, I've tested my ram, even cleaned the CPU and applied new thermal paste. It still has the same problem, I'm stumped... Please help
