If you have the motherboard manual look up how to reset cmos, if no manual the info. may be printed on the MB.Usually there is a jumper to change for a few secs.than put back to normal position to reset.Another way is to remove MB battery for a few mins. than replaced it, this may enable you to get back into the bios setup.
Wow, this is annoying. I'll explain. Read on...
My computer was running really slow and I tried everything to make it run faster (anti-virus, anti-spyware, and the most typical solutions that most people would use) But I didn't reformat. I forgot to. So reformatting may have been the problem, but it ain't now.
So I wen't into the Bios, I started to think it may have been the fans. Pff. After that, I changed one of the settings so it would shutdown if the CPU fans failed. So listen to this, I felt a sign of relief that my computer wouldn't fry (I thought that was the problem at the time) So I restarted my computer and a few seconds later it shutsdown. Every time. So I can't get into my Bios. And It doesn't seem to detect my monitor or keyboard, so I can't get into my Bios before it shuts itself down.
I hope that made sense. Someone please help!!!
