Question

Computer won't boot up

Dec 27, 2014 3:16PM PST

I turned on my computer this morning and went to open google chrome and the computer reset power all of a sudden. It reboot but wasn't outputting video to the monitor. On the back the "clr CMOS" button was lit up, so I thought that seemed like a good idea and pressed that. The computer shut off and now it will not turn back on at all.
I have tried multiple outlets, I tried to take out the CMOS battery and out it back in, I also tried switching the CMOS jumper for a few seconds and then switching it back.
I cannot get it to power up at all. It's about a 2 year old computer my friend built for me and hasn't had problems before.
Any tips or advice?
