computer will not stay on

this is weird if I keep on pushing the button(none stop) it will start to boot up it will get all the way to the blue hp screen and stop also if i stop pushing the botton it shuts off, but if i just push the botton one time i see nothing it does not have time to come up.

you are describing hardware problems, i think. you need to talk to HP and see what they have to say about ensuring that your BIOS settings are correct and that there isn't a problem with any other hardware setup.
