When I try to reboot using the restart function my computer starts shutting down and then just hangs up. It looks like the drive stops, but the screen still shows the shutting down screen. I have to manually turn it off in order to get it running again. I've tried to solve this issue with the manufacturer's help desk, but to no avail. Is there anyone that can help me with this. Please keep in mind that I am a complete amatuer, so using laymen's terms would be very helpful.
