Be wary of Glary.

That title was astroturfed in the forums over the past few months.
"Astroturfing is an English-language term referring to political, advertising, or public relations campaigns that are formally planned by an organization, but designed to mask its origins to create the impression of being spontaneous, popular "grassroots" behavior"

Let's read a better approach that I use at http://blogs.technet.com/markrussinovich/

Today's entry is "The Case of the Slow Logons" which details how they investigated a slow logon. What's good about this method is it can pinpoint where the time is being spent.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
