My Toshiba laptop (satellite pro S750-B013) is showing this message.
[PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE-MBF Exiting Intel Boot Agent.
Insert systen disk in drive]
Plz help it's not booting up

That's not much to work with.

All it means is the OS didn't boot from the HDD or something else. The message can be found with a google and is not useful so I won't write more about it.

Get to the BIOS and see if the HDD is showing and then boot from USB on ANY OTHER OS and see if the HDD shows.
