Resolved Question

Computer suddenly so slow

For the past few days my PC has been running horribly, I can't play games online anymore because it is just so laggy when i try to watch a youtube video it always stops and loads randomly before this all happened i could watch videos with no interruptions at 720p
now i have to watch videos at 144p(and it still stops to load!)
I have talked to my ISP about this and they told me to reset my router i did that but the problem wasn't fixed so at the end of the day i turned off the router and left it like that over night the problem still wasn't fixed!

I was convinced that it had something to do with my computer so i decided to do a system reset where i erased all my files and apps and profiles i expected this to solve the problem but it didn't so now i am trying to re-install everything i need but everything is just so slow.

I have no idea what to do can anyone help me?

and you're playing online games, maybe you picked up a nasty.
Maybe do some scans that Grif offers.
I don't have that handy so maybe a Mod can give that to you.

To Me, Because It's Internet Stuff, It Sounds Like The ISP..

... is having problems with your connection. First, do a bandwidth test on your connection and if the speed isn't up to it's designated amount, contact your ISP and get them to fix it.. The link below provides one such speed test for download and upload. There are others.

I've got an ISP that frequently needs to be contacted because they will simply drop the ball.

Hope this helps.
