Question

Computer slow.

Sep 1, 2016 7:59PM PDT

I haven't had my computer plugged in for about 2 months because of renovations and it ran fine before, well as fine as my old *** computer can run, but now its running extremely slow. At first I thought it was the internet because I now have it on wifi instead of an actual connection, but it still opens things that don't need the internet way slower than it used to even if I am disconnected. The only thing that has changed is time, so I am wondering if it was a windows 10 update or if I need to clean out my computer or something like that.
