Since a factory restore doesn't offer the option then you want them to correct that.
Also, sleep is always problematic. Try hibernate even if it's on SSD since that means we are not relying on power never going out.
When you talk to the maker, be sure to talk about the exact set of machine drivers to use.
Hey I've been having a computer problem for a few months now, That after i factory restored my computer I started having problems with sleeping this game blackops1 while its open, Back on my old computer and many of my friends computers you can keep blackops1 games open for weeks even after sleeping the computer many times, the problem is that it freezes and stops responding when i know it shouldn't be doing that, I've tried everything possible i can find or think of but so far i haven't found out the problem. here are the specs
Nvidia 960m
16gb memory/RAM
intel r core i7-4720HQ cpu @ 2.60 (can go to 3.50ghz)
125gb SDD
Model #: GL551JM-DH71
Hope someone can help, It seems like its some sleep mode setting issue? When i originally factory restored it the sleep option wasnt there and i found a way to fix that but i can't remember how.
