Question

computer shut down

while installing a bios driver my computer shut down and wont come back on . Lights come on keyboard but nothing else. I tried installing startup disc but now cant eject it. It is a Dell xps1530 running windows vista andInternet explorer

Ask if they have a way to recover from a failed bios update.

You can call or google if there is such a recovery. Not all machines have this feature.

If you can boot to the bios (F2) go to power settings and take of Auto power on after shut down.
