Computer shut down 10 seconds after power up.

I just built a new computer, after some problem earlier, i was able to get the beeping sound went to bios screen. Now the computer just power off after 10 or so seconds.
My PSU is OCZ 850 watts SLI ready, all the fans were running. I use water cool into my cpu and it working fine.

I notice my front led light stop lighting up after the initial shut down, but when i switch off the switch in the back of the PSU and turn it back on, the front led light would lit.

Can anyone determine what the problem seem to be?
