Computer screen goes crazy

by jangocat / January 24, 2006 11:57 PM PST

Sometimes when I'm in the middle of doing something my computer will just go crazy and begin to open random programs (Task Manager, Word, Control Panle, etc). I have to wait a couple of minutes before it calms downs and sometimes one of the programs I'd been specifically working on has closed. My machine has an AMD Athlon processor, 512mb of memory, on an XP home platform. Any suggestions for preventing this occurrence?

Look up these on Google.com and eject what they find.

1. Housecall.
2. Ewido.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
