Are you talking about the store?
How did you get to talk to some women?
No one hacked into your machine, you gave them permission.
Without knowing who you call and who you let into your machine perhaps the best thing is to spin in your backups.
I had no idea it was hackers I was searching online for the best buy number,I got a local number for a best buy, that's when the woman that answered gave me the 1 8 hundred number I thought it was the number to the tech support for the best buy store.
what's the phone number you called? Did he have you turn on "remote desktop" to help you?
No it wasn't best but,it was computer hackers there was a bunch of them I heard in the background pretending to be helping other people just like me
I didn't give him any information when he asked for my billing address to buy something that he was trying to sell me,I hang up the phone when he asked me that.
and run antivirus and malwarebytes on your computer. It's good you stopped it before you gave away too much.
ok great thanks how can I take control of my computer and security again?
