Computer Restrictions?

Dec 30, 2014 12:54AM PST

Thanks for all previous technical help. Now I am requesting more assistance. Everytime I attempt to open an email with an attachment or anything that is highlighted for me to click on and open I get this message: "This operation has been canceled due to RESTRICTIONS in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administration.
" Do you think I need to reinstall Windows? I have a desk-top computer, all in one, Gateway One, Model # ZX6980, with Winsows 8, with 6 GB of ram.

You didn't say what you're using for email so no answer.

You don't need to reinstall Windows. You need to tell your email program (whatever that is) to allow attachments. I could tell you exactly what to do, but since you didn't say what you're using, all I can do is tell you my dog broke my crystal ball. Sad
