Computer restarts constantly

My computer restarts randomly. It started after a bunch of spyware infected my computer. I've run Adaware and Spybot. That didn't clear everything so I ran microsoft antispyware, halfway through running that my computer restarted. I tried again and same result. After that it didn't matter what I did my computer would restart after a few minutes. Finally it got to the point where my computer would restart when I tried to log onto windows. I can run in safe mode with networking (which is how I'm on here). I've tried running some online virus scans and re-running those anti-spyware scans and am now able to log onto windows, but it still restarts after a few minutes. I ran HiJack This! just before I was unable to log on to windows and this is the log from that:
