Question

Computer Randomly Freezes

Sep 1, 2016 1:29PM PDT

Around last week my computer randomly started freezing while I was playing games and then started to freeze while I was using Chrome as well. These freezes normally last about 30 seconds but can sometimes cause the game to crash. Occasionally when these freezes happen I will get a message saying that Microsoft Windows has crashed. Nothing works and no programs respond once that happens which forces me to manually turn off my computer and then turn it back on. Before these freezes my computer ran perfectly fine. I have a full scan with Windows Defender to check for any viruses and cleaned my computer with CCleaner.

Got it for Christmas last year so less than a year old. I haven't used canned air and renewed thermal paste. Specify which details you would need and I will try to provide them for you

Did you get any updates for this PC? I'd still use the warranty.
