but you really should keep a board's post on that board
check the CPU cooling, and check the CPU's mounting
either the board or the CPU is dead
try clearing out the CMOS, and try a different board or processor
and please, try to stay on one board with the thread
basically if they wanted help here they could ask here, because it's almost as if your advertising that board
Hi there, This is not my problem this is someone esle's problem from another site.
The person says this..
My entire computer is getting power, meaning fans are runnimg etc... However the computer will not start. No post no nothing, i think it is the cpu anyone want to help me?
(The Specs he left was also there)

My specs are:
CPU - Pentium 4 2.6GHZ
Memory - Dual DDR 400 512MB
Video Card - GeForce FX 5900 Ultra 256MB
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-8KNXP Ver 1
Power Supply - Thermaltake Silent Pure Power 480 Watt
Now the motherbard seems to get power throughout, my ram has little test light on them and they are on. My VC also is drawing power. There is nothing on the monitor so i cannot get into my bios, i have removed the CMOS battery and replaced it. So I am at a lode.
So can any one help this person?
