Very strange.

Make a file in Notepad with a very unique name (like, for example, unique_1234.txt) and save it in your Documents folder. Then use the search in Computer to search throught the whole hard disk and find it. It should still be there.

Now should down, reboot and repeat the search. What happens? Still there, or gone?
If it's gone repeat this experiment, but - after saving the file - make it read-only via it's right click properties in Computer. What happens now?
