Computer making loud noise

Not sure if it was from the cpu fan but i think it is as when i open overwatch it starts to get even louder. I lift my computer and shake it (is this something im not supposed to do?) and the noise stops for awhile before returning.

If this has been discussed before please link me or just give me a direct solution thank you.
