If the keyboard is a USB model, have you tried swapping in a PS2 keyboard? Or a PS2 mouse? Maybe it's a USB communication or driver lag with your current key strokes.
Is there updated software for your current keyboard?
Hope this helps.

Right, im not a noob, i know my way around a computer very well and i know what im doing, just that i have a problem with something i cannot solve.
When i say lag, i don't mean normal lag, this lag is hard to explain, this is why i couldnt find any answers on the internet.
I'll give u an example jst think as if im playing CSS - while in game, i hold CTRL, to crouch, i hold down A to go left (whilst crouched), if i hold that button for a while, and then let go, it continues to move left until the computer thinks i have let go.
I don't know if u understand that but it is very hard to explain, its like a respond delay, as in the computer stil thinks im holding down tht button and responds slower, so i move my mouse left (whilst holding another button like crouch, CTRL) and a second or 2 (depending how long hold down) it then responds to what i pressed 2 second ago.
Its very confusing and hard to explain for me. My computer specs are very good, i dnt get normal lag, my internet runs on 8MB Blueyonder, and this problem does occur in other games like GW or BF2.
MY SPECS EXACTULLY!!
