Hi all. My daugters computer keeps shutting off. It won't boot up windows vista. It turns off after about 10-15 seconds. It will stay on if I hit f10 or bios mode, but as soon as I try to boot from hrd disk or restore **** it shuts off. I don't tink it's a over heating issue, I have also tried using a different power cord. It has basically sat like this for 3 months now and I'm tired of my daughter hogging my pc. I reallydon't want to take it a store and pay a couple of hundred to get it fixed asitwoulg be more economical to buy a new one. Apart from a sledge hammer can anyone help? It's an EMACHINE AMD sempron 1gb memory.
