Question

Computer keeps restarting

Mar 26, 2017 1:52PM PDT

My computer restarts itself with a blue screen when I turn it on. It tells me to either restart it again or use other options but when I try to go into the desktop mode, it restarts itself again and I end up at square one. I'm on Windows 10. Can anyone please help me?

There are so many causes for this that more details are needed.

However the most important thing (or things) is are you ready to wipe out and start over?
"We only lose what we didn't backup."

Today I find the fast fix is to slip in a new drive and leave the old drive out for later and reinstall Windows. This is your generic catch all repair when working in a vacuum.

All the activities of trojans from the remote control your computer, including let you restart your computer.
Remove viruses, trojans, or reinstall system.

The solution: cover installation or reinstall.
3. The timing of software or software work plan task
If you set in the task bar "plan" to reboot or some work load application, when timing moment, the computer will restart.
In this case, we can open the "start", check the inside have not familiar with the execution of the document or other timing work procedures, check if the shielding.
Of course, we also can directly input "Msconfig" in "run" command select startup.
