computer keeps refreshing and i want it to stop!!!

Ok i'm like sooo annoyed that i wanna just throw my computer out of the window... I downloaded some program from www.block-checker.com and installed it.. then i noticed it was acting all weird.. It isn't a virus or anything but it's some type of spyware that isn't detected because it sends messages like visit www.block-checker.com to people ur talking to on MSN, Yahoo! or AIM... m i then uninstalled it or whatever but even that didnt help. What happened is, the message was stopped.. but yet, not i see when i start typing, im cut off because my computer refreshes or something. So then im forced to click my screen to get my keyboard active again back in the textbox i was typing in.. I googled my problem with uninstalling it and it says the file writes ini files and also uses the csrss.exe or something as well.. I tried restoring my system to a time before i installed that program and my computer wont even let me do that.. it says "unable to restore your system to xx/xx/xx" "xx" being the date.. i dont even have my windows xp disk anymore... but i mean, does anyone have any suggestions?? this is so freakin frustrating i swear cuz i type fast as i dunno wut and when im typing super quick and my keyboard cuts out i wanna just flip out which its cutting me off now as i speak. but yah please someone respond if u have ideas.. and again, this isnt a virus.. i checked.. so ya. thanks

Try going to Tools > Internet Options > On the General tab under Temporary Internet Options left click on the 'Settings' button. Under "Check for newer versions of stored pages" select 'Automatically' then left click on OK, Apply (if applicable), then OK. Restart the computer.

Post back how it goes.

That's a real problem. If you ever need to repair or reinstall XP, you won't be able to do that. And some spyware can cause damage that requires you replace files. Try running the spyware scanners mentioned in the previous post and see if they fix the problem.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
