system restore
So me being stupid and trying to make my desktop cool I deleted shell32.dll to replace with another. I was stupid to not make a backup name that i could remember. I fixed the problem by starting computer in Safe Mode with Command Prompt and putting the command sfc /scannow. The problem was fixed as you know but now the computer starts up very and I do not know why that is. If you have any solution please help. Thank you!
