At what looks to be a decade old, the old electrolytic caps are a shadow of their former selves. This could be a motherboard issue or another old part. Try thermal paste on all other heat sinks. Be sure the case cover is off and a fan pointed at the open case to see if anything changes.
Age is not your friend on this one.

I have a very big annoying problem, when I try to play high end games my computer just restarts , I tried applying thermal paste, it does help lowering my temperature but not fixing my problem, do you have some solutions to fix this problem? I already changed the thermal paste and temperature is good.
