Thanks, I was using Chrome. Switched to Explorer, downloaded, found 44 errors right away out of 2700+ and froze so I had to abort. This started when I couldn't get rid of awful music replaying on RealTek audio. I called them, first rep said familiar with problem driver update needed. Switched me over to tech to install, Chat log into my cpu, found 17,800 errors that I viewed, and showed me a bunch of prices. I asked what program they use, answer was HITMAN.PRO .
So I quit the chat and went to that URL and tried to download Hitman. A popup gave me a user i.d. and pw and a tool cog icon that to start the program, but it wouldn't react. The only option was a teamview link at the bottom of the popup. The rep at teamview said he never heard of hitman and was concerned I'd been scammed but I'd checked them out well before I contacted them.

Good luck.
