If it's Windows 10 we can make some USB Bootable Windows 10 install media on a good PC. Read https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 on how to get and use the media creation tool to make a bootable USB stick.
That said and I can't guess why but a few people report back they downloads the .ISO which I've never had happen with this tool.
Now that we have our USB Bootable Windows 10 stick we can start from scratch and then go get drivers and what not for this unknown PC.
Okay so I have had problems with a slowish computer. So I reset my computer without most files I had. Once it reset the search bar and windows would never open after turning it on and off. So I reset it again using MSI’s reset thing. So heres the problem:
MSI when I tried to reset started then came up with an error. Ever since then I cannot even get it to go to my desktop. Automatic repairs do not work. Nothing works as far as recovery so far. The command prompt is loaded in X:/windows/system32 and when I change it to C: and try to do commands such as bootrec it acts like it has no idea a command exists. Nothing is working and there is NO DISC SLOT on my computer to put in a clean windows boot thingy. Only usb plugs. HELP
