Apr 5, 2017 4:30PM PDT

So my computer is recently decided that it is going to restart all by itself in a continuous boot loop.

The computer will boot up to Windows but after a short time it'll blue screen saying the PC is ran into problems and then reboot. it does this continually we have tried reinstalling Windows then we checked the hard drive replaced that same issue then we checked memory and that was fine now I'm at a loss of what you do what do you guys think?

If a fresh install fails.

It's usually some sort of hardware error or something we left plugged in. For example I've see W10 machines boot loop when it's a fresh install and the printer/smartphone or other thing was left plugged in.
