I think I mean the HDD, and SSD, and then a Core i5 and Core i7 or Xeon
What is the difference between a HDD, a SSD and I think now a Xenon?

For the Xeon, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xeon . It's rather expensive, and not meant for me and you.
The i5 and i7 are mainstream processors from Intel. See http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/buying-advice/pc-components/whats-difference-between-intel-core-i3-i5-i7-3417091/ for a (somewhat old already) comparison. There are newer models already.
