I have no detail to work with. Many of the higher end machines have cooling issues or the heat sink fell off. I don't have much to work with given the sparse post.

So i got this computer from Origins PC, its a pretty hefty build and ATM I can't get them on the phone for help; within 15 minutes or so the monitors turn off, the computer seems 'ON' but unresponsive and whatever music I had on hangs on one note.. so far I've updated my Quadro 4000 driver and my HDD firmware (but was already the most updated and still freezes); some research online has brought me to think it might be a RAM issue.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
