Most often cause is CPU overheating due to loss of thermal paste which needs to be replaced between processor and the Heat Sink/FAN assembly

When the computer freezes, i have the temperature monitor on and it isn't going to a high temperature at all. Maybe about 40 C.
download and run memtest86 on it. When RAM quits working, hits a bad area, things also freeze.
