computer freezes

My Lenovo desktop (Windows 7 Home Premium..64 bit operating system) freezes momentarily every so often....maybe once or twice a day. Any suggestions as to what be the cause...and the cure??

There are dozens of reasons.

From malware to owners that don't use canned air. If you get a reply with "what is canned air" that floats to the top of possible causes.

-> Sorry but your post is a symptom of some dozen causes. I know a lot of folk that wish it wasn't true.

Given the struggles you had before, I'm going to write it's likely both areas I noted.

I usually write about Grif's advice on malware scans but will keep that off this thread until you write your PC skills have improved.
