Computer freeze while playing video games

This is how it looks like. I've tested my cpu, gpu, ram, tryed to turn off the hdd, switched rams, they're slots.. nothing really worked. What may cause the problem?

MB: MW Asus m4a87td/usb3
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T black edition (6 CORES, 3.2GHz Turbo Speed: 3.6 GHz).
RAM: 16GB DDR3 1600 MHz.
GPU: Radeon R9 290X 4gb
PSU: 700W Chieftec MODULED
SSD: OCZ Vertex4 128gb
HDD: 500GB
OS: Windows 10 64bit

If the cooling solution as mentioned does not work consider replacing that entry level psu with a quality 800w single rail unit.

Did this work before the upgrade to w10?
