Question

Computer fans turn on but no display

Hello I changed my motherboard and cpu today when I boot up I don't get a beep my fans just turn on and I get no display I tried vga and hdmi still nothing please help me

Google The Dead PC and you find that you don't install much when this happens.

Yes it could be a forgotten power connection (I can't tell what you have or had) or you forgot to remove an extra mounting post and have a short on the backside of the mainboard.

Google The Dead PC and you learn to put the motherboard on cardboard with very few parts to see if that works. Then you build up from there.
