Apr 17, 2018 6:02AM PDT

So i did the "RESET PC" from windows 10 thing , and now, when i get to the language selection phase after waiting so much time, my computer just doesn't recognize my keyboard or mouse, but i can manage to get into BIOS, with that i can conclude that my mouse and keyboard stop working after the windows icon appears.

Then it's time to do a real clean install with the DVD or USB-stick the MEDIA CREATION TOOL lets you make.

You can also perform "windows repair"

Insert your windows DVD/USB stick and try modifying or repairing your windows because installing the whole new windows may lead to loss of data.
