Computer doesn't output video after installing RAM

Apr 5, 2017 6:54PM PDT

I've been using my PC without problems for two years. I'm running windows 10, I have an ASRock motherboard, and 2×4 GB DDR3 1600 RAM by Vulcan. I tried to install 2 more modules of the same model, and my PC no longer outputs to the monitor. It still boots up, with fans spinning and lights turning on, but there is absolutely nothing on the monitors. I haven't changed any settings in the BIOS.
I've tried:
- returning it to the original configuration
- multiple combinations of RAM modules
- booting with no RAM (it makes three beeps)
- checking connections on the motherboard
- booting to BIOS
- resetting the CMOS
- checking connections on the motherboard
No matter what I try, it's always the same result.

If you return to the old setup

And it fails, there's a new failure. Start with 1 stick of the old ram and be sure all USB things are unplugged then try again.

Also should try...

But you can boot into BIOS

That means that you can boot into Safe Mode with networking .....
Why not go into Safe Mode with networking and try System Restore since you have the comp back to original configuration ? It should be ok ...

I can't

What I was trying to say was that I used the key commands to enter BIOS, but the screen stayed blank

That changes everything ! That's a pretty big tidbit to forget to tell these pro's ....
Now they have to come up with a completely new plan !

Do you have access to

another computer ?
If yes, How about a little test ?

Go get a live operating system like Puppy Linux and throw it on a disc or thumb drive and try to boot it up ? Do not install this, run it as a live operating system...

That will tell the pro's a lot ..
If you do that with a live OS , the pro's can tell you more.
If possible, after booting up , maybe give us a Speccy
