Question

Computer died and won’t turn back on with charger

May 6, 2018 6:41AM PDT

Yesterday my computer stopped charging and eventually died. I’ve tried 2 chargers but nothing happened. I’ve also tried to take my charger and battery out, hold for 30 seconds, and put the charger back in. I have a Dell Inspiron that is about 2 years old.

Might need a new motherboard. That can be expensive if it's out of warranty. But maybe you bought a 3 year warranty?

Answer
Computer is dead or just the battery

To have an idea of your exact problem: the computer is not turning on when the charger is plugged in? If this is the case, then the battery may be ok and you have a more serious problem (I exclude the charger as an error because you said, that you tried other chargers too). It could also be the charger plug-in connection which is often an cause. In this case, you have to open your computer and check the connection.
