computer crashed

I have a toshiba laptop, when it says to start windows normally it just loads files and i get a blue or black screen.Keeps running on safe mode that i cannot get out of. Tried DYI power boost from norton and this is what i am getting...something is very wrong. PLEASE someone help me...

1. Restore from the factory media or on drive system.
2. Since it works in safe mode, head to msconfig and disable the items you know about first. Proceed to ones you research and know you can disable.

As to the power boost, I find such things do more damage than good.

I cannot even bring up anything on the cmputer it says loading drivers and wont let me do anything else. I am so screwed. Sorry. No that didnt help. And we moved so i dont know where my cd is.

I can't tell if this Tosh has a restore from hard drive feature. The make is known, it is a laptop but which one?
