computer "crash!" pls help

by jb4243 / May 10, 2008 7:11 AM PDT

I am operating Windows XP Home Edition and have found that more and more frequently when I try to provide feedback to a site, the minute I attempt to log on, I get a message that MSN has encountered a problem and has to close. For example, today I clicked on the feedback link at Fox Sports to offer a comment and as soon as I tried to enter my email address, MSN crashed and burned on me. Yesterday, I logged on to and tried to vote for the All-Star team but was unable to do so because MSN "has encountered a problem and has to close." When I send an error report, MSN provides a "solution" link, but informs me that there is no solution for my problem at this time. I'm a real novice, so any help or explanation anyone can offer will be greatly appreciated. It's very annoying when you want to mouth off and you can't.
