Windows and apps are far from perfect.

Some folk demand no-reboot PCs. So far these are rare to non-existent. My best no-reboot system has been on Linux systems.

I'd reboot and see if it clears up.

C'mon man dont tell me i need to reboot my pc, there is no other option or things you might know that could happen when you press a couple of keys togheter to could create this problem?

It's just the same has when you selected a couple of pictograms on your desktop, there color will chane a little bit, this happens also with my toolbar, google searchbar and startmenu.

Well sure there are some workarounds to reboot.

On one work machine I would log out and log back in. Another machine I would restart Aero ( noted at http://www.techerator.com/2011/05/how-to-restore-aero-effects-if-the-windows-desktop-window-manager-crashes/ )

That Aero stoppage could affect colors and more.

As to pressing keys, well Windows has a lot of "accessibility" features that could get it to high visibility modes. Example at https://www.google.com/#q=windows+high+contrast+mode+keyboard+shortcut

Since I can't see what you are pressing, my answers have to remain generic.

Sorry about guessing. The clues are a little hard at times.
