computer bsod auto restart windows logo

Hey,
GA-78LMT-USB3 motherboard
ati radeon 6850
4 gbx1 corsair vengeance RAM

above are my specs and everytime i start the pc ,it auto restarts or shows a bsod.if it gets past these screen then the fan speeds up and th pc restarts again.tried reinstalling OS,switching hard disk and mobo.any help is very much appreciated.

That was partial specs.

A recent post had a 700+ Watt PSU but the PSU choice found it woefully lacking.

I'm guessing you think these parts are at fault and not the rest?

Good day!

If you are experiencing a completely blue or light blue screen with no text or error message, your computer may have a bad video card or monitor, resulting in only seeing a blue screen. If possible, attempt to check if your video card is bad or determine if the monitor is bad.
