If this is recent or new PC build/purchase make sure that the "keyboard setting" aren't active or have been changed due to recent upgrade, new kybd. or enabling kybd. macros,etc.. In some cases even if not enabled, a kybd. combo can seem to shutdown PC, but actually put it into immediate sleep mode or similar. Considering all the windows, PC vendor installs, and possible user pgm. installs create an "enable kybd. setting" unintentionally set and active. At least try another kybd. and check results.

Where exactly is the problem. Is it rebooting at the time when the brand logo appears or at the time when it boots up completely and they restarts. If it reboots at the time when the brand logo appears, the problem may be with its RAM or SMPS, which needs to be checked. If the operating system boots up completely and restarts, the problem may be with the OS itself. I suggest to reinstall the same if the latter option is correct.
