Computer Boot Problems

Ok i have windows xp home edition on a compaq presario 387 ram etc... i Just uninstalled mcafee using revo uninstaller but when i restarted my computer once it got to the welcome screen it keeps automatically restarting i do not no why Im on my dual boot ubuntu so i dont htink anyhting is wroung with machine but i really neeed help!!!

Hi,actually it happens because of this Mcafee Anti virus i have this problem and it can be solve if you reinstall windows in the Pc and don't install Mcafee again, you can use symantec or Norton anti virus Instead.

OK i have dual boot Ubuntu i dont have cd but i can do system restore but my QUESTION is if i do system resotre will it erase my Ubuntu jpartion because i used wubi to install ubuntu
